Dr. Matthew Salganik and Dr. Kathy Edin, PIs of the FF Challenge collaborative study, were invited to present their data science and social science collaborative research at the June 3 Advisory Council meeting of the Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD). They shared their paper on “The Unpredictability of Life Outcomes: Evidence from the Future of Families and Child Wellbeing Study (FFCWS),” recently published in the PNAS. Their presentation was followed by a "Voice of the Participant" presentation by a long-time participant in FFCWS who shared her reflections on her family’s contributions to the study.
